To delay animation in Canva, click the desired element and then click the “animate” button. Choose your desired animation style (rise, pan, wipe, etc.) and then adjust the “speed.”
Importantly, adjusting the speed and delaying animation can only be done with a Canva Pro account. If you have a pressing need, just like being able to remove backgrounds for “free,” you can sign up for a 30-day free trial to delay your animation.
